I recently bought this for $20. I wanted a more completed N64. However I don't have any games compatible with this. Is it useful for any mods such as mods for WWF No Mercy?

It was mostly used for "high resolution" modes, which came at the cost of tanking the framerate even moreMajora's Mask is worth it. Perfect Dark and DK64 are a maybe. Good job finding one for $20

a lot of romhacks (smash remix, mk64 amped up, most mario 64/oot hacks, etc..) and ports use it, no idea if the no mercy hacks use it (only one I've tried on console is vpw2 freem).

It only messes up a couple games, most notably Space Station Silicon Valley. Most games don't use it and you probably know the famous games that require it.

Road Rash 64 probably had the best benefit from it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DhGQDO5w_bw&t=59s

Quake II has better performance with the expansion pak, same for the 3 Tony Hawk games Starcraft 64 has an extra campaign only available with the expansion pak Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine has an extra level with it inserted iirc Gauntlet Legends & Hydro Thunder have 4p multiplayer only available with the expansion All the other games that are compatible with it that I know only have hi-res mode that usually make the framerate very unstable or force a letterbox mode. The best thing about having an expansion pak right now is for romhacks, ports and homebrew if you own a flashcart.
