Is that in Belize or East Carribean Dollars? The campaign to free MVC2 was successful and now you can get the game in an Arcade1up or on Switch and PS4 for about $20USD. The Japanese version of the Dreamcast release is everywhere and also can be found at all the recycle shops. I think it did get costly on the PS2 and Xbox because the license expired, but then it got released on the 360 and PS3 which helped a lot. The game is available for a wide variety of platforms spanning many many years, so it can be found more easily than other games.
