The original PC versions power mog the console ports. The MSX2 version specifically since it has its glorious SCC+ soundtrack. In the age of emulation, there's very little reason to play the other versions, other than out of curiosity about the fanfiction ending they added.

Nah the 5th gen version of Snatcher have that cheap feel to it and some of the tracks are comically butchered.
4th gen one have that premium endeavor to them.
