All those games you mentioned have wildy different genres. You need to be more specific. But if you want some recommendations then King Of Fighters have some nice bangers and the Street Fighter EX games have some wildly underrated OST

While not the same genre, I do like the music of the Toshinden games, primarily 2, but they are still pretty good all around. For more of that acid jazzy sound, try outside of fighting games with the R4: Ridge Racer soundtrack, which is one of my favorites of the style.
