it took six days for my SS1 to arrive at usps distribution center in queens ny from china using 4px. I thought it would take weeks from what I heard. only took 10 minutes to clear customs. will probably be at my door in 2 days.

Had my SSO for a while now and it's pretty much replaced all my 5th gen and back consoles.After messing around a lot these are my go to controllers depending on games. I LOVE the Mod Retro controller, really hope the wireless rumble update comes out soon. The Pro 3 has the best d pad for platformers and action games in production right now. Love how clicky it is. The M30 is my fighting game controller, works great for circle inputs. The M30 is also my go to for TG16 games as well.

redundant, precise tried and tested emulators already exist, why do we need fpga ones? just get a mini pc and hook it up on your big tv.literally what problem does an fpga solve?nothing. it is just a gimmick

Why do some people ITT think FPGA isn't emulation at all? SiSTer's CD-i core referenced MAME's driver a lot, and I wouldn't be surprised if most of SiSTer's arcade cores were direct MAME ports.

just got my Mister this week. Best device to play 2D games on my CRTs. Low latency (not that i can tell), accurate (modern emulators are too), but most of all: easy to hook up to my CRTs.Also fewer options in terms of shaders is relaxing, just pick out of the few configs that exist instead of the endless options + parameter tweaking, less time wasted on shaders. Also i've never seen Gameboy games look as good as the build in core shaders on the mister core, although it should be 100% reproduce-able in Retroarch.I did realize i'll keep playing 3D games on emulators though, I like uprezzing 3D games and then downsampling them back to 1x or 2x native res, Mister cant do that.Also Mister is nice for playing some systems that i normally wouldnt bother setting up the emulator for, like Arcade systems or PC-Engine CD-i or 3DO. I know its probably just 1 click in Retroarch but i dont like Retroarch.

Been playing Merio 64 on my Superstation One with the Mod Retro Pro controller and having a great time. Using the 94+ core which as I understand it over clocks the CPU, RSP, and memory. I know Mario 64 doesn't have a lot of slowdown but i'm playing using the new SM64 H2X patch that makes the game run at 640×240. I think it's similar to what Analogue 3D horizontal rendering option does but to my eyes the patch looks better then whatever the Analogue 3D is doing.On a side note, does anyone know of a test rom for n64 or a way to see what the CPU/RSP/Memory is running at? I'd just like to confirm what each core is doing.

the migration script from https://github.com/Natrox/MiSTer_Utils_Natrox/tree/main was a godsend. just plug in an sdcard in a usb reader into your mister, run it, uncheck any too-huge games folders you dont want copied at usb 2.0 speeds like ps1, and now you got another mister card with all your settings and updates ready to plug into another mister device.took like 45 minutes to migrate, then 8 minutes to copy all my ps1 chds from my pc and now my card is ready for my superstation one thats getting delivered tomorrow
