I have only played 5 and 6, with 5 being my first point & click adventure I ever played. At the time, the VGA graphics, which was a draw to me since it was a huge step up from the NES tech, looked great to me. The chime for points in doing things not only was satisfying but progressed an interesting story. You can even complete the game without all the points, so the replay was there to hunt down those missing points. It was not the main character that drew me to the game, goes to show the main character does not have to be the appeal, the appeal is the fun game that it is providing the entertainment to me.
