- Be me.- I play dino crisis 1 for the first time for the first time, thinking "is going to be better than resident evil 1".- I Notice with frustration there is a puzzle i must solve even before the first enemy fight. I did NOT had even fought at least the first enemy and i must already solve a puzzle(at least in resident evil 1 i can find and fight some enemies before i have to solve the first puzzles).- I go forward nearly nothing and find more annoying puzzles, and think "in resident evil 1 there were puzzles too, but at least there were less puzzles and most of them were fun to solve puzzles like the "vandalism" one of throwing the female statue from the second floor to get a item or the one of the crests wich was simple to solve yet i were like "how will be the next crest missing?" , while in dino crisis the puzzles are mostly only boring passwords and fingerprints).- At least for me, it was boring to solve puzzle after puzzle after puzzle and those were boring puzzles. So i was like "dino crisis 1 is not for me. If you like to solve a boring puzzle after another, then is for you, BUT not for me".- Many years later i play dino crisis 2, thinking "this is going to be trash like dino crisis 1".- After a few minutes of playing i think "wow, this is NOT a horror videogame as resident evil 1 or dino crisis 1, thats bad, BUT the music, the jungle ambience, the epic action of fighting against dinosaurs and the fact there are few puzzles and are simple to solve makes this game for me.- The only thing i did not liked about dino crisis 2 is the fact the game fells too short(mostly the city area). You can beat it in no time and fell like "the game already finished? i expected the city area to be bigger" or "i expected the jungle area near the volcano to be bigger". But besides, of that, i loved dino crisis 2 and hope its avaible on steam soon.
