HOW THE FUCK DO YOU BEAT THESE GOD DAMN GORILLAS? their reach is way too long to ever get a hit in. I got behind a gorilla once somehow but right after I beat his shit in the monkey on the top girder domes me with an apple core

Generally I deal with them by being fast so I'm out before they appear.
I think you can punch them if you rush in after they take a swing, and you can duck their high punches if you're quick. But I just try to not be there when they come out.

Huh. After having played this game many times as a child on the Atari 2600, I've managed to get this far in life without EVER seeing how it looked in the arcade. Until now. I guess I should take the next step and actually play it.
