>>Name Legends: Jirachi >>Mascot Jirachi >>Plot EArly hoenn settlement, Clan conflicts, many are recent arrivals from the mainland (kanto, johto) old grudges stiring up while a small few begin worshiping the local legendary mons, a group of sea raiders makes this more difficult, possibly the true natives or maybe similarly settlers but def the precursor to team aqua. The ultimate goal is to unite settlements and solve disputes to focus on the bigger sea raider clan who might be hunting for jirachi to make their own wish (conquest?). You stop them and can make your own wish out of multiple choices. It would be a twist from gen 3 being about nature, and instead being man vs man >>Starters probably Kanto and johto starters, maybe both depending on starting clan. the hoenn starters are very commonplace >>Time Period early settlement period, similar to Arceus >>Antagonist(s) Clan leaders replacing gyms but ultimately to unite against the sea peoples >>Characters (optional) the clan leaders would correlate to their respective gym leaders really. some swapping but the template is basically there. dewford is smaller and carefree, slateport is original settlement and trade hub but is in a rising conflict with lillycove over this. etc
