I’d hoped that as seasons went on they’d be adding proper updates to the game (E.g. banning Pokemon, adjusting movesets abilities and/or stats as needed) but given what ILCA said [/vp/thread/59568482#p59574191] it looks like they’re doing the absolute bare minimum to justify their jobs.

My Mono-Ground using ass awaits with baited breath. The only mon I really expect is Ursaluna because it was in the promotional trailers - which would be great, for sure. Bloodmoon in particular would give the type a needed special attacking option. But outside that, I have no idea. Gastrodon would be my personal priority, as it would improve my match-up into Rain and Basculegions. Claydol is my only other Trick Room option, so it'd be nice. Toedscruel is also my sole option for re-direction with Rage Powder and would make TR more reliable. Quagsire and Clodsire with Water Absorb and Unaware would also be welcome, as would Seismitoad. People were shitposting about Wormadam but if Spore users are coming, then it might be a useful pick. I'm also interested in seeing what move and even ability changes might be in store. Picrel needs the Weezing treatment, bigly. Well-Baked Body fits it so well and lets you bluff immunities. Seeing Teleport return would also make TR more viable for Singles format, since it's in Claydol's movepool.
