That screencap is referring to Whispered Oracle of Hakurei Shrine. It's an official book containing omikuji Reimu wrote based on different characters. All the fortunes are written in-character so they're fun to read but shouldn't be taken as hard facts.

First line's probably talking about the marriage section on the fortune slips in Whispered Oracle of Hakurei Shrine. The slips aren't for each character but the slip is themed after them. Even going on that Remi's is just wrong since the slip says you'll need to commit and that isn't harem behavior.
For the second, during a livestream or some similar shit ZUN was asked about Touhou smells. He said a few stink but Yuuka would probably smell like flowers.
