The only deenz I buy are skinless, boneless, and packed in oil. Even then, tuna, salmon, and cod all taste better.

Buy the cheapest Deenz possible, drain the toxic seedoils then: 200g Rice down bottom with 200ml Water and a sip Söy-sauce if you're feeling fancy. Fill the Inlay with 240g 'Deenz, Ginger, Onions, garlic, Bell pepper, Beetroot. Water some Wakame on the side.
