I don't know but I involuntarily sound like a fighting game character when tossing around heavy shit at my labor job. and everyone seems surprised at how "strong" I am even though it's not that heavy, maybe it does help.

I believe no person who is truly passionate about something is ever quiet about it. Not in that they go endlessly talking about their passion, but that passion makes them yell, scream, howl, cry out in success or failure or even just the attempt. Do you think Brian Shaw or Eddie Hall lifted quietly? Has any boxer practiced without making a noise? Beethoven and Mozart surely made noise. Passionate people make noise.
