I want to experiment on myself and widen my upper body - note, widen - as fast as possible. I'm talking like stupid triangle swimmer build. Hyperfocus on chest-back-shoulders. I'm noob but thin, always have been slightly athletic without trying
What kind of routines should I seek out that are home gym-able? I will be a test tube, an experimental /fit/ homunculus for your entertainment if only (You) give me the direction

pullups are gunna be your best bet for back at home. granted you gotta get form down or youll just have your biceps do all the work and waste your time

dont skip arm day though
side delts, obviously not gonna make that much difference since it all depends on your frame, having big bulbous spheres on your shoulders definitely wont make you look narrower
also triceps seem fairly important, and just overall arm thickness
back is the number 1 priority, but dont ignore other muscles

>New York Times sportswriter Dave Anderson measured Laver’s left arm. His wrist was 7 inches around, an inch more than his right wrist. His forearm was 12 inches around, an inch and a half more than his right forearm. Anderson wrote that his left forearm was the same size as that of heavyweight champion Rocky Marciano and an inch and a half larger than that of boxer Floyd Patterson.
