They are healthier options than the alternatives.Meme cookie is objectively better than a standard cookie it's size. Margarine is healthier when used instead of butterNature valley is just a granola bar. I would say it's a lot better than a lot of other snacks.

There's no such thing as healthy food, food can't undo damage or give you more life. There's regular food that gets you to baseline and then there's unhealthy food that hurts you, anything that is processed to take the fiber or moisture out is unhealthy.Like this

What is the angle of the Lenny & Larry's cookies?I've had them many times (the taste is good) but didn't analyze the nutrition that much.The total carbs and calories do seem high (per whole cookie). As stated they do have 10g fiber, and 16g protein.Total sugar is still less than a Snickers bar.I'm thinking them being vegan is a big selling point, but I'm not vegan myself.
