Anonymous07/28/26, 07:52No.77421490Help with meal prep
I need some cheap meal/snack prep ideas that'll help me with my goal macros. I'm asking here instead of /ck/ since I think you guys' experience would be a little better.
108.5-155g Protein
55g Fat
145g Carbs
They don't have to be exact, I'm not really autistic about that. I'm not very picky with my food at all, but I do have a few guidelines
>No Eggs
>No Rice
>No mixing yogurt with tuna
>Nothing that involves cutting
I'm looking to have maybe 2 meals to cycle through and some snack suggestions that are cheap. Thanks a bunch for the ideas.

Peanut butter sandwich (2tbsp peanut butter, 2 slices bread) for breakfast, tuna sandwich for lunch (1 can tuna, 2 slices bread), 4 chicken tendies and a bag of broccoli for dinner should put you there.

Chicken thighs you can give a bunch of seasoning / spices too and toss in the oven. Better than breasts because they’re harder to over cook. It’s much better if you can get some diced onions/garlic to cook it with. (Olive oil, onion, garlic, and thigh). If you have a small toaster oven or air fryer this becomes stupid easy to cook.Wrt no knives… maybe get a slap chop or something? Or see about buying pre diced onions and pre minced garlic?—One more thing: Skyr yogurt with or without honey. Skyr is like pure protein. Aldi has cheap Skyr if you have access to an aldi.
