my hand was aching from using keyboard all day. I ate a lunch meat with a ton of connective tissue and within minutes my hand was PULSATING and the cramp immediately went away. like i was being healed in real time
does anyone else "feel" food like this when your muscles are sore/aching? it is magical

You just stood up which relieved pressure from your bad posture induced nerve pinching in spine/shoulder.
