top looks good but you shouldn't have put baking paper on the bottom so the crust can get a little more colour, next time just put some olive oil rather than paper and it will develop a nice crispy bottomgood choice of toppings though

8/10 very good If you rub some olive oil on the crust before baking it will get nice and brown. Those olive oil spray can things are good for this

Like the sauce distribution and density. I enjoy a blob of sauce every now and again, and it looks properly reduced. The cheese is nice and browned, the toppings crisped. One complaint is the dough looks a little pale, but it is a small mark
