Homemade nogg is so dangerously good
Dozen eggs, yolks and whites separated
Beat eggs until light yellow then slowly add 3/4 cup sugar to the yolks. Fold the sugar in before you beat it in or itll fly everywhere
Add one whole nutmegs worth you freshly planed yourself
Add a quart of whole milk and 2-3 cups of cream (honestly cant go wrong here)
Add 1 1/2 cups brandy
Add 1 1/2 cups whisky
Whip egg whites, add sprinkle of cream of tartar to whites, beat them further until almost stifflike
Pour nogg booze mixture into the egg whites and fold it over
Pour/spoon/ladel into storage containers (glass is good here)
Its messy bottling it but its 1000% worth it

Southern comfort fucking blows. Kroger brand is pretty good but always sold out. My favourite is Shamrock Farms. I'm a tea toter. I don't drink booze but this year I want to try more alcoholic nogs. The only one I tried is Christiansen Bros.
