They used to use Palm Oil for the cracker, in the 1970's and 1980's. The texture was lightyears better back then. Flaky and crispy. Vending machines used to have them too.

Local place has these, the jalapeno flavor is a lot different than you'd get on chips like vickies they don't carry the bacon cheddar ones around here anymore got some "nasvhille hot" ones off amazon that were amazing
