Never heard of it. So I'm assuming it's a coastie or Southern thing. Either way, I hope it's good enough to justify being surrounded by brown people and paying $3k/month in rent. Probably need deals where you can get them.

Price Chopper occasionally has BOGO on Polar Spring 12 pack seltzers so they're okay in my book.
