Had a Colombia Blackberry Castillo coffee today. Beans are co-fermented with blackberries and inoculated with white wine yeast. I feel like this is straying from coffee and is becoming something else. The fruity berry notes were insane and it was hard to taste any roasty toasty coffee flavour.

Have there been any cost saving technological advancements in the realm of grinders and scales and kettles? If you remember I was fed up with goofyass barista and wanted to shop for my own brew set, but I was putting it off until this wedding I was going to was over.
