My first lasagna
Brown ground beef and pork in a pot with black pepper. Set aside. In the grease, fry two carrots, a chopped white onion and red onion until soft. Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil, rosemary and thyme. Add tomato paste and cook for 5 min. Add chopped garlic. Add 1 can of pasta sauce, salt and pepper, and italian seasoning. Cook until done.
Mix ricotta cheese with black pepper, italian seasoning and salt until mixed throughly. Shred 1 ball of mozzarella cheese.
Cook lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, then put in cold water
Oil pan with olive oil, then add small spoon of sauce and spread. Add first layer of noodles, then more sauce and spread evenly. Add ricotta cheese mix and thin layer of mozza. Add another layer of noodles and more sauce. Add thick layer of mozza and sprinkle parmesan. Add another layer of noodles, thin layer of sauce, thin layer of mozza and sprinle parm generously. Cover with foil and leave in fridge until ready to cook.
