i would do it the other way around, but the garlic burns.
>pour in jar of store brand sauce
>stir beef, onion, and garlic into sauce
>sprinkle hungarian paprika across entire pan
>stir
>cook down while pulling sauce from edge of pan to center then stirring it back to the outer edge every couple minutes until sauce is almost thickened
>add parmesan
>stir and finish cooking down until sauce is thickened
>pour in cooked cavatappi (the best shape, unless wagon wheels)
>stir together
>serve
i call it, spaghetti.
