I have lived in Finland my entire fucking life and I have NEVER heard of this. This is one of those social media "facts" that get their start from some ESL thirdie misunderstanding an article and making an image. There was a research paper in 2012 on the antimicrobial properties of frog skin that has an offhand mention of the frog-milk thing, but no good source for it (https://sci-hub.hlgczx.com/10.1021/pr300890m). Back in the day before refrigeration people used to turn their fresh milk into butter, cheese, quark etc. to preserve it in some edible form for longer. In any case, lame "news" sites (think Gawker etc.) picked it up as a "fact" and started reporting on it which lead to a loop where if you google it you'll mostly find articles using other blog articles as sources.
