i think i could only stomach something that savoury if it was the only thing i was gonna eat that day and i waited all day to eat it.

I should pick up some frozen mushrooms, whenever I get fresh I never make them before they go bad, mostly because I don’t like cleaning them.Why is it that every other type of produce needs to be washed in case of fecal contamination but the instructions for mushrooms are “just brush the dirt off lol”?

i think my utilization of the variance of mushrooms is lacking
really only have sauteed or part of a grilled mixed veg basket, maybe sliced in a spinach salad
