Ey! Ohhh!
It's lunchtime in Napoli so I hope everybody is awake there.
I am going there for a few days, tell about some great places to eat, maybe off the beaten path

i lived in milan
people made a big deal abot there being a gino sorbillo chain there. then they opened a fried pizza chain too for Zia Esterina Sorbillo,
so duno if they are renowned in napoli, but the milan ones were good

It's touristy but the best pizza I had was at Michele's. Get there as soon as it opens (or 15 mins before and just wait) and best the queues. Pretty much anything I had in Naples was great food and didn't feel like I was being ripped off just because I was a tourist as long as you avoid the very obvious tourist traps. It's a really cool place. Stick to pizza. Enjoy.
