That sounds fine, but honestly I'm not a huge fan of alfredo as a pizza sauce. Just marinara is better, and so is barbecue as long as it's not too sweet

Grill your pineapples and top at the end. Needs a citrus glaze for contrast with the Alfredo. Dough should have a malty admixture (barely, rye), a subtle amount-- or medium roux'd prior.

A place in my city sells a Gyro pizza called the Spartacus and it is one of the best pizzas I have ever had.
I usually hate gimmick pizza, but damn it's good. Gonna get one for Halloween
