steamed cabbage wedges are my favouritemost thing to serve with corned beef (alongside potatoes and of course the muschy pot onions). With a lightly horseradished butter-cream sauce is the best. Sauteed is probably the best tasting way to cabbage though.

Get some sauerkraut, chop in yellow onions, put sugar in it and add lots of non-refined sunflower oil. Delicious. The salad is called a “brush” but you will know why only a few hours later.
