just buy ANY ETBs or SPCs or anything (ETB like boxes are best for storage) at MSRP and hold for 20 years then sell it to a collectors card shop or some shit for 70-80% of market, its that simple. it shouldnt be more than 10% of your networth anyways.

reminder that those cases are not oxygen tight. every day those cards are being oxidized and destroyed. In 20 years your psa 10 will not be as "prestine"
