How do we financially benefit from a cyber pandemic? Assuming a schizo scenario where the internet is shut down for a while "to stop rouge ai agents" and we are locked down unable to use our bank cards, gas pumps ect and we awake to a dystopia of a digital ID required for internet access and maybe even a digital dollar and erasure of US national debt on the extreme end.
