I live here, just outside London.
Much of what you say has some element of truth, especially our spiralling handouts to the oldest (and typically wealthiest) parts of our society.
Still, if you look around the world, there's not much that's getting better. The majority of these problems aren't unique to the UK.
You can complain and live online and be miserable, or you can actually try and do something for yourself. You think life is amazing for the majority of people in this world? You're already sitting in the lap of luxury, historically speaking. Boo-hoo, it doesn't seem as good as a few decades ago. How do you think they felt after the Romans left?

Trips of truth.The UK is actively hostile to economjc growth and wants its people to all be poor peasants. We are watching, in real time, it slide into a communist shithole where accumulating wealth is both impossible and outright illegal unless you're sanctified by the state. Marx said it would begin in the UK and were it not for violent revolutions he would have been right.
In the next 10 years a wealth tax is coming and it will be made even more prohibitive to work. It's already sub economical to work minimum wage but since we have gutted our economy most jobs available are minimum or barely above minimum wage anyway. The only way out of this is nepo because there is a huge surplus of labour and foreign labour to boot.Energy prices wont come down. The nhs is a black hole which sucks in more money every year, while providing nothing to many people, and private housing has to subsidise even more commie blocks now.
