Anonymous09/13/26, 02:24No.62685002i don't even make enough to be prequalifed for a mortgage, what do i do
>be me
>mid 20's years old with a cs degree
>no job
>start warehouse job next week
>live in Midwest
>live in flyover state
>live in non-disclosure state
>try buying house on market
>$60,000 house on market, facing foreclosure,
>3 bed 1 bath, decent(ish) neighborhood
>try to get pre-approved via Zillow
>they have some automated system that goes through your bank accounts and paystubs to determine if you qualify for a loan
>find out via my agent that the house was sold 3 weeks ago, the listing wasn't updated
>lender texts me that I don't qualify due to my income
What do I do, houses near me are not too expensive. I wanna get one before the market flips, preferably in the next 1-3 years. I don't wanna move to a apartment and give my money to some landlord, but I don't like living with my parents, picrel is how much I made last year according to my W2. I worked part time at Target, because I had school.

retards like this are the ones crying about no job no house... incredible that these people even exist.
are you one of those retards that cheated their way into a degree during the pandemic? if so, no wonder you don't have a tech job.

If you only made $7,000 (Yearly) you SHOULDN'T qualify for a house. No shit sherlock, subprime loans handed out to every layman is what led to 2008. Prove you deserve a mortgage first.

why the fuck would you go through zillow
go to your local bank and tell them you want to buy a house
they'll probably also tell you that you don't qualify but at least you'll have a chance if it's a small community bank

Hold the warehouse job for a year and see where you land. As others have said, you need to be making 3x the mortgage payment a month before lenders will feel comfortable lending to you (else they see you as a risk for not being able to pay i.e. a default risk)
8k a year is basically poverty level wages. Be glad you have your parents to support you for now, other folks in your situation would be straight up homeless.

>What do I do
Have your parents or another family member cosign the home loan so the Bank Jews feel more secure in enslaving you with 30 years of debt.If your Grand Parents are still alive then be really nice to them and help them to maintain their home and maybe they will give it to you someday.>t. fellow flyover chad

8k a year is nothing, you should be living with your parents if they'll allow it
Forget about a house, it will just tie you down
You should be focusing on building a career, that's the best thing you can do right now
