Zoomers and millenials are not even having many kids. They are never going to buy some Boomer mcmansion with 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms at 5x the price what boomers paid for it. Its complete stupidity. The jews are telling us that our jobs are going away and we are being rendered irrelevant by their Artificial intelligence/ robots. So why the fuck is any young couple going to buy your dads or grandads mcmansion for 2 million and lock into a 30 year mortgage when they don't have kids or even know if they will have a job/future in the next 10 years. There's a lot of people on the sideline waiting to buy at 2024, 2023, 2022 prices, and so on.The only real solution is somehow wages increase (they won't) or the corporate squeeze of private homeownership will simply continue and serfdom will ensue.
I really really really want prices to come down. Hoping doesn't change reality. Praying might, of it be in His Will.
