it falls apart quickly, isn't properly insulated, you need to pour a foundation yourself, you need to install plumbing and electricity, you need a building permit which will be difficult for something like that, shipping the kit to you will cost 5-10k

Worse than 1970s mobile home construction with plastic quality that will fall apart in 5 years and still needs 3x the upfront cost to make it livable, plus owning land to put it on and paying to get permits, utilities and months to years to set that up depending on your location.
