Try to remember one thing a day. Eventually you will have learned 365 things. Build on that, remember two things a day and then you get 730. Etc etc, play the long game

Stop using AI and consuming short form content Practice chit chat with real people in a low stakes way like with random ol ladies at the shops

Treat it like any skills: consistent intentional practice I find that anxiety seems to be the biggest limiting factor for my ability to speak well, though. When I'm comfortable I can speak far better. Dunno if it's the same for you

learn to play piano. Being able to do two different patterns at the same time with both hands improves brain function because you need signals to cross from the left and right halves of your brain to do it. These neural pathways naturally improve other functions like articulations, thinking, memory, problem solving etc.

Spend less time alone and indoors. Even just existing quietly around other people in public will eventually make you feel less socially retarded and anxious.
