Usual way would be to try and get a proper qualification to try and work abroad (either a sought-after college degree or learn a trade) and have english proficiency certificates, that sort of thing. But why do you dislike your country, if you don't mind me asking?

if u have a bachelors degree then u can get into a masters degree. Bonus if it's a 2 year one. I thin you could do in the Netherlands a pre-masters (1 year) and then research masters (2 years) I guess work a part time job during it while looking for a serious job.

Most likely through countries that still easily accept the Russian passport visa-free, like Argentinia or Serbia and move to a different country from there. But it probably won't be easy to get a visa for your country of destination. Of course you could also try and overthrow your dictatorship.
