is there a site with videos of people doing normal stuff like asking women out, ordering in a coffee shop, talking with strangers, first time at a new hobby, or stuff like that?
I feel I would be more at ease if I could see how the interaction goes, I knew what to expect so I was prepared. I feel like I should have learned this stuff as a child with my mom, but I never had the chance because she didn't care

If you are unable to order at a coffee shop, completely forget about asking women out.

Sounds like you need an autism coach, I'm not even kidding. Those guys help you in doing the most basic things to live. My friend has autism and has one and I am so freaking jealous. She lives in assisted living, her mom and dad extensively help her to clean her house, keep a tight leash on everything she does, a person comes over twice a week to personally guide her through interactions with others and go out with her, and do administrative tasks and such. She has a mandatory unpaid volunteer job at a pawn shop every Friday to keep her outside and interacting with people, and every single day she gets a call from the building management people to make sure she took her pills and to ask her how she feels today and make sure that her type 1 diabetes is managed.
She has achieved a functional life and is practically farming happiness. She doesn't do anything other than sew cosplay costumes and go to display competitions and meet friends on her own terms, and sell things she makes on the side, and see her mom and friends and me and hang out.
I took her virginity but she sadly still felt asexual so we stayed friends, but being with her has opened my eyes as to how autistic I am in some ways, I am also type 1 diabetic.
I never thought I could be autistic cuz I thought I'm smart, and I was at one point. But the degradation of my brain has happened so quickly and now at 30 my eyesight is bad, my sleep is bad, my motivation is at 0, I don't go out of the house, I barely take showers, I am constantly with problems around eating and sugar level management, don't take care of my teeth or administrative affairs as a form of self harm, and it's only getting worse. Just now I woke up from a sleep where I was in low sugar the entire sleep, I could have easily died but didn't.
I feel awful, you need support. I can't get out of this without support. I'm just going to die, and unfortunately I live in a foreign country without any family so, I don't see a way out

Playing rpgs like Elder Scrolls games literally gave me my start at social skills. Before that it didn't really sink in that I was allowed to walk around the world and talk to people and initiate interactions with people. This was in college, kek, I never even shopped at a grocery store before and was nervous I wouldn't know what to do at the cash register.
That's how fucked up society is, especially growing up in raised by fundies who don't let you make friends or go over schoolmates houses. Don't be ashamed.
Anyway, the key is to be confident and relaxed, and stay rational. No matter how you behave someone is going to be weird towards you, when that happens you have to roll with it, not take it personally, not take it like you did something wrong and should be ashamed. Be willing to stand up for yourself and your intentions, but also know when to walk away / not argue with crazy people.

no, and any attempt to script it would be worthlessthe appeal you have, that will work for you in some kind of approach, is dynamically generated based on who you are. slight differences in expression, height, circumstances, skin color, etc. will radically change it, on the marginsthe only thing that works is experience thru trial and error

Yes. It's called "socialisation" and the entire Millennial generation failed it.
