Unironically do it more. Working on a helpdesk fixed this for me in about six months. One day you realise the caller doesn't give a single fuck about you and they just want their shit fixed, and all the anxiety drops away and speaking becomes infinitely easier. If anything I'm probably less autistic on the phone than in person because I don't have to impersonate normie facial expressions.

You might as well talk right into them because lazer and wifi surveillance is already picking up your thoughts by muscle twitches in your jaw due to the speech center in your brain triggering it.
