should i get rid of all my friends because i feel like they hate me and aren't meeting my emotional needs. they constantly organise shit without me and leave me out and never listen to me when im sad even though i would always listen to people when they are sad. on the other hand though i think i am being histrionic and schizo and it may not be that bad, but it does feel that bad and i want to go back to hikikomoding since i didnt have all that stress then

You shouldn't purposefully abandon your friends, but it sounds like they aren't very good friends, desu. Try making new friends instead and then prioritize time with the new people

A circular problem. You *are* probably being histrionic and schizo about it, which turns a problem in your head into a real one where you act in a histrionic and schizoaffective fashion, thereby making your delusions real.
Most of the people I know with BPD go through this cycle with friend groups once every couple of years.

it's tempting to cut off people you think don't care about you, i've gone through that. But getting rid of everyone will just result in even worse loneliness. At least until you find some better friends, it's better to always have someone, even if it's superficial
