2 approaches:
>Option 1: wait for something tragic to happen to you and your suffering will shock you into movement
>Option 2: start subdividing tasks into small enough bites that you can do. Ex: if you can't clean your room, clean half of it. If you can't clean half, clean your desk, etc. And start getting momentum on these solved tasks. With time it will get easierYou basically lack meaning and responsibility in your life, coupled with a lack of desire to achieve that meaning, and lack of role models. You are heading fast towards the first option 1, so one way or another you might actually be changing yourself for the better. But the option choice is yours of course
