Was in the same spot in my early twenties: fast food job, no degree, and addicted to porn
Had had enough and made a list if what I felt I needed to change
Realized I can't beat addiction on my own, and went back to church since i realized most of my problems started when i stopped going years prior. I'm not a religious man but I believe in God and that honestly was just enough to get my life on track
Here I am several years later, it's a struggle, but I have an OK job now, finished my degree, and not addicted to porn as I was.... some progress is better than no progress.
I recommend you pick a trade instead of a degree since they pay more, especially if you are active. Work out. No, really, work out, it builds stamina so you can be more active. Build stuff to feel creative and get a slight dopamine rush. And not to be preachy, it's always good to build your relationship with God, since we all die and will meet him eventually... good luck anon
