How do you deal with harassment at work? Talking does nothing, HR does nothing. What else can I do? Violence will only make me lose my job.

I work in the trades, and i get bullied a lot because im timid and don't stick up for myself. My advice would be to move on to the next job. You could try to ignore, but that doesn't work in real life. They will keep picking on you until you snap one day.

I'm in a similar situation. I tried to talk it out but there is sometimes literally nothing you can do. Sometimes people will be cool and you can have a person to person chat and make up, but if that doesn't work you just have to try and get a different job. Anything else will not go over well.

That usually doesn't get better, but you can fight back in a passive aggressive way. So you can annoy them but they can't complain about it because there's no actual evidence. Death by 1000 cuts.
