It's very obvious. If she doesn't say it or flirt outright then she'll always give you attention even if you give little in return. That's the only way you know.

Trying to kiss you is a good indicator. Typically they don't go straight to penis in mouth stuff, and im bad at picking up the more subtle clues.A few years ago there was an 18 year old working at the place I work at, not associated with my job at all but same employer. She gave me a cute little nickname, I can't remember what.
