Ya know, I've been trying nofap + noporn on and off the last few years. I can see the point in doing it if you already have access to sex with women, but I don't really see the point in doing it if you don't have access to women. As an incel that's more indifferent to women than hateful, it kind of just feels like a humiliation ritual. I'm already getting no pussy, let me just deny myself the pleasure of busting entirely then! This thinking just makes me feel even less than human. Some dude grew up with a chick that became his gf and let him develop his ability to talk with women. The problem is that it doesn't stay a pleasure. Just like with gluttony and greed, eventually it becomes a source of pain and regret. And the more habituated you are towards it, the more you leaned on it for comfort, the harder it is to stop, even when you're past the point of it actually being comforting.

I haven't had sex in years.
