Today we meet our heroines again, this time in middle school. Waltz on the Edge is a collection of three oneshots by Umi Shiina, author of Aono-kun ni Sawaritai kara Shinitai. I haven’t done any typesetting before so I had to learn on the go and skipped some difficult redraws where I didn’t feel confident. I liked the ending and resolution to Ryuhei and Yuri's story, but I found myself unsatisfied by other characters not receiving more resolution or not being being as developed as I thought they would be earlier in the series. >Ryuhei's mom never got to manifest or properly interact with Yuri >Teppei kinda disappears from the manga >Fujimoto's relationship with Yuri is addressed or resolved >Fujimoto has like one scene with Aono despite being friends and there being a bit of a love triangle >Mio doesn't really get a character arc These are all things I wanted a little more of. Also, what was the deal with Aono sometimes appearing as a freaky lizard, did anything ever happen with that?

The End. You can see a lot of Mio-chan in this one. You can see a lot of themes that went into Aono-kun in generalTomorrow, we move on to a different pair of dorks for the final, longer oneshot. Be warned, it is slightly gay (two girls talk to each other)
