I've not idea what the sales of the series are like, but for me, I've largely lost interest as it's shifted from an essentially episodic monster of the week where the monster is a hot girl that gets banged at the end. I really don't care about the actual story and most of the non-sex characters are really ugly. I was never invested in the worldbuilding, I just wanted to see hot girls. This is like the manga equivelent of the modern DOOM games that keep shoving lore and worldbuilding down my throat. I don't care for it, I just want cool gameplay.
