モヤモヤ (moya-moya, on the cloud) is one of those Japanese emotion words that doesn't directly translate. It's a general malaise, anxiety, upset thing that literally translates to "hazy".
Koupen tries to cure your モヤモヤ by pickling it with vegetables in a traditional ceramic jar, giving it a bath, and putting it to bed like a baby.
The script is something like:
>I see you're moya-moya. For days like this...
>Here, just soak it for a while.
>Over time, this makes cucumbers more delicious.
>Hm? Oh...!
>I'll soak it in warm water.
>There, there... Good kid...
>Calm~ (also written on the cloud)
Overall, one of the more abstract Koupens.
