Have I become a caricature of the out of touch adult? It seems to me just like how golf attracts sociopathic fat rich people, skateboarding attracts sociopathic skinny poor people. I've been attacked by skateboarders as an adult for just minding my own business, they used to see me as one of them, now that I have a job and own my home they see me as an enemy and I see them as an enemy. Instinctively! It's fucking weird I feel like I'm living in a cartoon. Do other people go through this?

Once you hit 30 you'll realise that the other people engaging in a hobby/sport do not define it. Just like you don't have to be a beer swilling, soon to be heart attack having, greasy as fuck face having creature to play darts.
