The best way to get good at wrestling is to wrestle. You can train attributes, like strength, speed, flexibility, etc. which will help you, but any wrestler worth their salt will also be strong and fast and flexibile. A good starting point is to get an old heavybag or a sandbag close to the size/weight of a person. Practice picking up the bag from the ground up to your shoulders and then slam it back down. Once you get good, you can practice some throws or some variations of finishing takedowns. What style of wrestling? If it's not greco then get comfortable with being strong and stable at different levels. Really all of that is shite compared to just wrestling other people though
